Chance Craig, Midwestern State University, FR, Llano, Texas, Llano HS
Craig enjoyed his first collegiate Top-10 individual finish at the Rattler Invitational at the Republic of Texas Golf
Course in San Antonio. The freshman from Llano carded rounds of 70, 70 and 76 for a even-par total of 216 to
help the Mustangs to an eighth-place showing. It was Craig’s third career tournament and just the second with
MSU’s top five.
WOMEN’S
Sierra Campbell, Midwestern State University, JR, Rio Rancho, N.M., Rio Rancho HS
Campbell racked up a tournament-best 25 pars while finishing off five birdies to claim her third top-three finish
of the season while leading the Mustangs to a third team tournament title at the Midwestern State Invitational.
The junior from Rio Rancho, N.M. carded rounds of 71 and 78 to finish as runner-up with a 5-over total of
149. Campbell claimed third-place showings last fall at the West Texas A&M Invitational and Rocky Mountain
Athletic Conference South Invitational No. 2.
OTHER TOP PERFORMERS
Carson Greathouse, West Texas A&M University, paced the Buffs finishing tied for 10th at the Rattler
Invitational with a 2-over 218 on rounds of 75, 70 and 73 as he led the team to a 10th-place finish, too.
Cullen Stahl, Cameron University, led the Aggies with a 217 (73-73-71) which was tied for seventh place at
the Rattler Invitational. The Aggie senior jumped up ten spots in the final round for his eighth career top-10
finish. Additionally, Stahl helped give the Aggies a sixth place finish with 12 birdies which was tied for fourth
most in the field.
Katie Johnston, Cameron University, had her fifth career top-10 finish at the Midwestern State Invitational
scoring a 153 (77-76) which was tied for ninth overall. Johnston had the second best stroke average on par-5s
and nailed down 23 pars which was tied for third most in the 18 team field. Her 153 score was also a season
low for the junior from Crowley, Texas.
Analysa Coy, Texas A&M University - Kingsville, led the Javelinas with a 36th-place finish individually at the
UTRGV Invitational... the senior shot a 249 in the three-day meet.

Tech and Dallas Baptist with a two-round total of 615 at the MSU Invitational... Junior Sierra Campbell rolled
to her third top-three finish of the season by placing second with scores of 71 and 78 for a 5-over total of
149... Freshman May Chimsuti logged a season-high six birdies to fire a 76 (+4) in the second round... MEN’S
GOLF: Midwestern State finished eighth in the 13-team field at the St. Mary’s Rattler Invitational played at the
Republic of Texas Golf Course logging scores of 295, 296 and 294 for a 21-over total of 885... Freshman Chance
Craig claimed his first collegiate Top 10 finish firing rounds of 70, 70 and 76 for a even-par total of 216 for sixth
place... Junior Jared Baker carded a career-low 68 (-4) in the final round of the tournament to surge to 15th
on the leaderboard with a 3-over total of 219... Senior Ian Gallagher fired three of his best four rounds of the
season with a 77, 76 and 75 at the Rattler Invitational...

The Javelinas finished 11th in the UTRGV Invitational... they posted a nine-stroke improvement from day one to
day two and concluded with a 1071 team score... Texas A&M-Kingsville heads to Laredo for a dual-meet versus
Texas A&M International.
West Texas A&M
The Buffs finished 10th at the Rattler Invitational hosted by St. Mary’s this week with an 896 score on rounds
of 306, 297 and 293...WT really struggled in the first round, but settled down and fired better rounds in the
final two. Indian Hills Community College won the 13-team field with an 851 score, winning by 19 strokes over
second place St. Edward’s (870)...WT has a week off before traveling to Austin for the St. Edward’s tournament
at Onion Creek.
