Bradley Ferrell of Cameron University and Sierra Campbell of Midwestern State University were named Men's and Women's Golfers of the Week. Cameron University won the UA-Fort Smith Lions Classic by 20 strokes over Texas A&M-Commerce behind Ferrell's career-low round of 139. Campbell claimed her first collegiate win by shooting a 146 to lead Midwestern State to its second consecutive team victory at the same tournament. Midwestern State also placed three golfers in the top 10, including Brenna Moore in second and Hayley Dambold in fifth.

Ferrell came up with his first collegiate individual title and helped power the Aggies to a 20 stroke win a the UA-
Fort Smith Lions Classic. Ferrell carded a 139 (70-69) which was a career low in 36 holes, off of a tournament
best eight birdies and six-under on par-5s. Cameron’s win was their second of the year and second in a row at
the Lions Classic.

Campbell claimed her first collegiate win by firing a 6-over 146 to lead Midwestern State to its second
consecutive team victory at the Arkansas-Fort Smith Lions Classic Monday and Tuesday at the Hardscrabble
Country Club in Fort Smith, Ark. The sophomore from Rio Rancho, N.M. finished in the Top 10 in each of her
last four tournaments including a third-pace showing at the Midwestern State Invitational and was fourth in the
Las Vegas Classic to lower her season scoring average to 76.31.

Cameron took their second invite of the year after winning the UA-Fort Smith Lions Classic by 20 strokes over
Texas A&M-Commerce. The Aggies carded a 573 (280+293) with five players inside the top-10 overall. Cullen
Stahl headlined the Ags on day one with a hole-in-one on pin-15 and led the overall field with a 69. Bradley
Ferrell would end up winning the invite with a 139 with teammate Dylan McClure coming up in second place
scoring a 141. The win was CU’s second of the year and the program has five top-3 finishes out of eight meets.
Midwestern State
The Midwestern State women claimed their second consecutive team title at the Arkansas-Fort Smith Lions
Classic Monday and Tuesday at the Hardscrabble Country Club… The Mustangs have four consecutive top three
finishes with a third-place showing at the Oklahoma Intercollegiate to close the fall semester then finished
second at the Las Vegas Classic to open the spring before winning the Midwestern State Invitational on March
16-17 at the Wichita Falls Country Club… Sophomore Sierra Campbell notched her fourth consecutive Top
10 finish with a 6-over 146 claiming her first individual win by four strokes over teammate Brenna Moore
(150/+10) and Newman’s Kendall Anderson… MSU placed three golfers in the Top 10 including Brenna Moore
and sophomore Hayley Dambold (154/+14) who finished tied fifth while freshman Sarah Moore tied for 11th
(158/+18)… The Midwestern State men were idle and will play in the Barry Buccaneer Invitational next week
at the Normandy Shores Golf Club in Miami Beach, Fla…
