Spending power: “I can buy films, movie tickets and all the latest games but still live with my
parents because I don’t have a full time job and cant afford to live on my own and afford bills.
He doesn’t have children so he doesn’t need to spend money on care. He does like to shop for
new clothes with his girlfriend he does have a weekend in job to by himself things and to buy
girlfriends clothes” Descent would try to target this audience because they are young and into
movies. He is a hard knock as he like fighting films and wouldn't’t be scared of the film and
would most likely enjoy the blood and gore.

to their media product like horror, dialogue and narrative. The company would look to what sort
of spending power they have such as; income and financial understandings), then the lifestyle this
also fits with spending power, do they shop, use facilities like gyms and the amount of money
they spend completing these activities. These will change on what social group your in. Aaron
Kumar has been educated and is still studying he also like to watch films and has varied activities
the ‘Descent’ franchise would appeal to.
Once a demographic is understood, the product can have more impact on an audience. An
audience would remember to use the product for numerous reasons like, entertainment and
since the ‘Descent’ franchise is internationally acclaimed the customer will have recognized the
brand and put his trust in it. This almost gives the brand an element of responsibility and
recognition, this would further promote them to buy into the franchise more and find further
personal association with Descent, the audience member want blood, gore, and scary scenes.
The audience want something to draw them in and entertain them. It should scare them so much
to give them the reality of the event. Giving it such a high popularity would create a fan base for
the franchise to support.
