3. CUSPS
Buccal cusps make up the major portion of
buccal surface of crown
Lingul cusps may be higher than buccal
cusps
Distal cusps provide very small part of the
buccal sufrace and that is very round
occlusally and sharper than either of two
buccal cusps
6. Mesiobuccal groove is
shorter than distobuccal
groove having terminates
centrally located cervico
occlusally
Distobuccal cusp is small
and more pointed
Mesiobuccal cusp is
usually the widest cusp
7. 1) Cervical line regular in out line dipping
apically toward the root
2) Mesial out line concave at the cervial third
up
3) Distal out line is straight above cervical line
8.
9. 1. Masial root :
Curved from a point shortly below the cervial line to
middle third portion and located directly below the
mesiobuccal cusp
The distal out line of mesial root is concave from the
bifurcation root runk to apex
11. Both roots are wider mesio
distally at the buccal areas
than they are lingually
Developmental depression is
present in both sides
(mesial+distal) on both root
Point of bifurcation of two
roots is located
approximately 3mm below
the cervical line
