2. Mission Statement.
My magazine will be based on the ‘pop’ genre of music. The target
audience of 15 – 25 years of age, it will appeal to 70% being female
and 30% being male.
Consumers will be people who regularly listen to music and artists
themselves.
The magazine will be informative and will provide; information
about developing bands, lists of concert dates that will appeal to
the reader and reviews.
The magazine itself will have a glossy finish and will be a lengthy
publication to give lots of detail.
The magazine will cost £1.00 due to the results of my
questionnaire and will be sold in music like HMV and super stores
like Waitrose.
There will also be a website running alongside the magazine.
3. Mood Board.
From looking carefully at the data received from my questionnaire..
I want to aim my magazine to the ages 15 – 25 , 70% female and
30% male. My readers are people who regularly listen to music.
My target audience like fashion and downloading music onto their
phones or iPod/iPad.
