Working Title: the airport disaster holiday
What is it called? This can change if you think of something better later
Product’s Purpose: the purpose of my product is to inform and educate my audience this is
because a disaster will occur therefore this is something which can happen in real life and
almost warns my audience and how to be prepared and look out for although it can
entertain some of my audience this is because they might enjoy tense storylines and find it
interesting I want my audience to interact with my audio book and imagine they are there.
What is the product’s purpose (entertain/educate etc.) and how will you achieve this?
Genre: the genre of my audio book will be adventure this is because the family are on
holiday and a lot of activities will be going on with my sound effects included in. For
example, the outside wildlife or airport sound effects will be used so my audience can
picture and image in their head of the setting and get the idea of an ‘adventures holiday
disaster’.
What sort of product is it
Content :my audio book is a story which begins with a family in the airport just arriving on
holiday as they are waiting for suitcases one of the characters which will be a little girl sees
a shop outside of the airport as she wonders of about 20 seconds later one of the other
family members notice but when they are looking outside, the street is manic and is packed
with so many people (Asif you cannot move) whilst their daughter is looking in a shop
which has ankle bracelets and the family panics a lot as the people also approach the child.
My audio book will be left on a cliff-hanger which includes other seasons, but I will be
focusing on the audio in which she goes missing, this will also include characters and a lot
of sound effects.
What is your product about? Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). Does it have a story? If
so, discuss it here
Audience: my audience for my audiobook will be femalesaged between 16-40 this is
because women are more into holiday genre stories and I believe they enjoy cliff-hangers
and tragic things that will occur it also appealsto this age range as my audience will be
able to connect with the characters because you have to pay attention to the audio and
therefore they will understand the real meaning.my psychographics are achievers because
it’s their own personal account on holiday, this is individuality and the destination is
desirable which links to wealth. I also chose needs driven for social status because the
family are doing everything, they can to find their daughter as this causes a ‘disaster’.
Who is your audience? Be very detailed; age, gender, social status, psychographic etc

Legal & Ethical Considerations: my audio book will not include any offensive material and
won’t affect any social groups or religions and races. However, the audio will include
characters with names, but no existing products will be included. I will restrict younger
people accessing it by warning before hand and putting a age restrict below 16 this is
because younger people may find this alarming on frightened by the storyline and they may
not understand that well.my product will be sufficiently different because it is my own
storyline that I have thought of and is my own idea so therefore it will not be sued for
copyright infringement.
Think about any offensive material you will include?
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it?
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities?
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone?
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs?
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement?
