My Philosophy
      My emphasis as an educator would be supporting
and enlightening the young impressible minds of those
individuals in which need to learn the basic fundamental
of life and social surroundings, emphasizing on those
who are eager to learn with or without educational
difficulties. A purpose of being teacher is to be able to
teach any individuals is to work on critical
thinking, problem solving, writing, arithmetic, and social
skills. Teaching the basic fundamental will allow
students to continue their education successfully. Every
educator is equipped with the fundamental skills to
mentor a student that desire the need to be educated. The
successful rate will determined by student’s abilities to
retain and later demonstrate their abilities to
communicate their educational processes.
Basic Fundamental Skills
• Critical Thinking- allowing students to think on their
  own and question what is the purpose of the subject.

• Problem solving- students retain the information and
  then executing to find the solution.

• Arithmetic- the student’s abilities to execute knowledge
  with or without electronic devices and formulate
  problem solving skills and execute knowledge retain
  after when a lesson is given.

• Social skills-abilities to retain and communicate by non
  verbal or verbal communication
Student Expectations
• Coming to class on time and
  prepared
• Follow rules and expectation
• Allowing students to express
  themselves in a proper manner that
  accordance to school set expectation
• Being respectful towards others
• Always following directions
My Perspective and Purpose
• Seeing every students succeed or doing well
• Working with those who are falling behind
• Treat all students with all fairness, kindness, and
  respect
• Being a role model and mentor students with
  expectation of gaining of higher education
• Implementing and executing the rules set forth by the
  school district
• Provide curriculums that purpose for their grade level
• Set expectation high
• Understand possible potential barriers
• Having welcome environment for all the students and
  faculty members.
