working out at least twice a week by May 15, 2014.

1. Go two a gym at least twice a week.
2. Create a balance diet. Increase my meal intake by eating three times a day: breakfast, lunch,
and dinner. Include healthy snacks throughout the day such as fruits and vegetables. Record all
of my intake on a calendar or notebook.
3. Limit amount of soda and junk food- Replace soda and junk food with healthier options such
as all natural juice with no additive sugar.
Obstacles I may encounter that could prevent me from reaching this goal:
1. Lack of motivation and laziness-Not wanting to go the gym.
2. Lack of time management-not making the time to go the gym.
3. Cravings or Overindulge for junk food or soft drinks.
4. Not remembering to record my intake.

Becoming healthy is important to me because I would be able to feel better about myself.

back.
2. Carry fewer items and less weight to class.
3. Changing position how I sleep.

1. Money to pay to see my chiropractor.
2. Not seeing my chiropractor two times a week because my work or school schedule may not
allow me too.
3. The distance driving from school or work.
