The purpose of this study is to identify the importance of students’ interaction in the school. It has been shown that student interaction helps students to learn and gain skills and knowledge that provide them with foundation for later learning.
This study will also increase the knowledge of teachers about particular types of child teacher interactions that encourage the development of young students.
Problem –interest
There is a clear prove that it is these daily interactions that students have with their teachers that play a great part in their performance in class.
The interactions students gain during their early years in school, i.e. during the early childhood stages, have a lot to do with the engagement of students later in their advanced school years as it is during these early stages that the children gain skills and knowledge that offer them the foundation for later learning. Students learn many of the skills when still young and through their interaction with their teachers.

Reflection Karla Essmann Torres Classroom Management Classroom management involves everything that happens into the classroom, the role of the teacher is to manage these inevitably situations in a proper manner in order to carry on the class. My thoughts and feelings on classroom management have changed before this course with some important additions. I still feel that one of the most important factors about classroom management are forming relationships because I believe that It is essential to be in tune and be responsive to the students. Through the reading of some papers and researches about classroom management I learned that teachers have to take the work seriously and to be devoted, in order to feel confident about the teaching process. After taking this course I now also understand that there are many forms to evaluate students, giving more positive feedback than negative, using nonverbal and non direct verbal interventions for minor misbehavior, etc. Another important point to consider as a future teacher is the importance of the use of voice during lessons, a teacher has to talk laud and clear to be understood for everyone. I also learned that giving instructions is a crucial instance when we talk about saving time, bad instructions can be a waste of this resource. There is another fact that determines a good classroom management; it is the equitable participation among students and the teacher, it has to be clear that when a language is been taught students need to practice, that means, they need to talk. Another relevant factor is the idea of different seating arrangement; it is a good initiative to organize the classroom in diverse positions, with the proposal of better interaction among students and the teacher. These are the points related to classroom management that called my attention and that I learned the most, these factors are totally useful for me as a future teacher of English as a foreign language because it is essential to know how to manage situations that are inevitably present in the classroom.
