This document discusses the importance of teaching basic fundamental skills to students. It identifies critical thinking, problem solving, writing, arithmetic, and social skills as the key fundamental skills. The goals is to teach students to think independently, solve challenging problems, and learn transferable skills. The teacher wants students to achieve their best by creating an engaging learning environment both in and out of the classroom. The teacher's professional development plan is to continue improving teaching skills through reflection to better meet students' needs, with goals of finishing an MA degree and becoming a master teacher within a few years.

Philosophy
• I believe that education is a two
way proposition. The student’s
part of the proposition is to come
the class prepared to learn and

10. Professional development –
remaining a breast of pedagogical in
the field. I will continue to improve my
teaching skills by engaging in
