than another. It is based on fear, not facts.
• (Write an answer) Examine the picture on page 19 of your green
book. Complete the sentences: I see…. I think…. I wonder if…..
Homework: check blue book page 12 Q 1 and 2
3. We’ll first introduce the Christmas report and take
questions.
We’re going to read page 19 of the green book and
discuss to the first two questions on page 20.
Then we’re going to examine a picture in your reflective
journal with Donald Trump in it and answer three
questions there.
Your homework will then be to design a t-shirt (Green
card available).

5. We’re going to read page 19 which examines racism and tells
a story giving an example. Take down the note too.
(Note) (There are 4 bullet points on page 19 under ‘Racism
can happen’. Note these.)
We’ll read John’s Story at the bottom of page 19 now, then
discuss the questions on page 20, Q.1 and Q.2
1. How is the man’s human dignity (sense of worth and
respect) affected in the story?
2. Why, do you think, does no one defend him on the bus?
(What are they thinking? What could happen to them?)

1. ‘Key Message’ means: What is wrong with the picture?
Why is it unfair?
2. Rude to say an X person. Answer ‘A person who is X’.
3. Why might someone be prejudice them? Why might
someone be a …… fool?
Activity 4 asks you to design a t-shirt to raise awareness.
