This document discusses using Microsoft Project software to plan and schedule a construction project in Gandhinagar, India. Specifically, it focuses on scheduling activities for Block A of the Atulya Elegance residential building project. The methodology involves collecting activity data, analyzing it in MS Project to generate a schedule and critical path, allocating resources and costs to activities, and overviewing resources and costs. The results show the Gantt chart schedule generated in MS Project to plan and control the construction of Block A. It is concluded that using project management software like MS Project improves time and cost management of construction projects.
