Responsibilities:
• Prepare bidding documentation and support for procument team for technical issue.
• Take off manhour and manpower for the project, prepare list of tools,equipments and
materials for projects to carry out E&IT activities at site.
• Build work plan and manpower loading schedule in accordance with the overall project
schedule for E&I discipline.
• Research specifications, procedures, ITP, vendor data, drawings of project to develop
work pack, job card, task sheet dossier and method statement.
• Prepare Job Risk Assessment (JRA), Permit to Work (PTW) for E&IT activities.
• Interview and recruit E&I technician and E&I Supervisor for project.
• Develop E&IT detailed daily, weekly and 4 week look ahead plans base on status of
materials manpower and weather forecast report.
• Responsible in supervision all E&IT activities at site: equipment/support/tray-ladder
installation; cable pulling/gland/termination; tubing run/hook-up; perform cable loop
check, tubing leak test; equipment function check; complete Inspection & Testing report
