JOB DESCRIPTION: Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
●Supervision and monitoring progress, implementation of all specific jobs for piping activities such
as fabrication, installation, assemble and erection, piping material control function and data
reporting for various type of requirements for above and underground piping system.
●Promotes technical assistance, planning and site coordination, inspection through to good evaluation
to acquired the smooth completion of work schedule, reviewing method of statement and job hazard
analysis (MS/JHA) to ensure proper execution of work in site will according to safety rule and
company procedure.

3. ●Manage and responsible for indirect manpower distribution, work scheduling, preparation of
materials, preservation and inspection, materials tracking/tracing ability as flowed assurance
procedure.
●Coordinate with contractor, sub-contractor and client to prioritized spools installation and punch
list closure for priority sub-systems and pre-mechanical completion.
●Attending and discuss completion in construction meeting for the progress of piping activities,
materials status, punched list status and some comments clarification to the contractor, sub-
contractor and clients.
●Monitor and responsible for production output by given information, awareness or trained
subordinates on new technique of quality works and procedure for mechanical and piping
activities.
●Promotes and implementing the project quality plans, control initial work through and total

●Perform basic engineering works for mechanical piping such as weld mapping, technical query,

drawing and piping diagram. Reviewed and expedite test packages related by documents before to

●Monitors and witness hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, bolt torquing, and re-instatement
activities.
●In charge of all punch list clearing for piping, company comments and pre-mechanical completion.
●Daily inspection together with contractor and company for acceptance punched list cleared by
Contractor and sub-contractor.
●Monitor and fit-up inspection, checking its orientation, material tracking assurance used for spool
fabrication piping activities.
●Line checking for piping progress and support as per engaged in drawing required on quality
verifying documents accordance to the project procedure, standard code and specification based on
ITP.
●Responsible for NDE report and schedule to ensure adherence the complete compliance of specify
test as per project requirements.
● Inspection the final installation of various piping and support on site in exact location and
