central process facility F&G upgrades each 2 full years to complete with a constant 8-10-man

Client: Conoco Phillips Alaska Capital projects. The projects involved we completed were CPF-3 central
processing facility fire and gas upgrade 80,000 man hours, seven drill site fire and gas upgrades ranging
from 5,000 to 12000 man hours each, installing two new 2.5 meg stand by generator 47,00 man hours,
facility fuel gas upgrade 90,000 man hours, numerus well tie-in’s and well line upgrades 3,500 man hours,
two facility fire water upgrades 50,000 man hours for a total of 53 projects for 2015 alone.
 Directs electrical operations, determines work priorities, coordinates work per the CPO global
schedule and exercises control over rate of construction progress in order to safely complete
construction projects within schedule and cost limits.
 Review and approve the final product of the UOSS pre planning team and direct the team to
perform any revision deemed necessary prior to submittal to the client
 Participate in the coordination and sharing of craft resources’ and equipment with other UOSS
Kuparuk departments, Superintendents and General Foremen.
 Oversight of UOSS construction schedule compliance as it relates to all electrical and
instrumentation activities.
 Work with UOSS senior management, the pre-planning, the Mechanical Superintendent, craft
General Foreman and project controls to formulate and maintain a program level schedule.
 Organize the E&I department’s personnel and equipment according to project requirements. This
is an ongoing process. As our work load expands and contracts, so does our organization.
 A strong understanding of UOSS’ weekly business cycle, estimating, and scheduling procedures.
 Attend meetings with representatives from Kuparuk Operations and Capital Projects Organization
(CPO) each week to provide schedule and progress updates, and coordinate simultaneous
operations.
 Use UOSS and CPAI project controls tools to analyze schedule, cost, and production data. Use
this information to:
o Assess the E&I group’s performance and develop action plans to make good
performance excellent or recover from poor performance.
o Review weekly forecast, budgets, hours’ burned, hours’ earned, equipment costs,
forecast over runs with the General Foremen and make adjustments in the field as
required.
 Have an in-depth knowledge with UOSS’ overall schedule, progress, and budget performance.

Client: Conoco Phillips Alaska Capital projects. The projects involved were completed CPF-2 central
processing facility fire and gas upgrade 77,000 man hours and started CPF-3 central processing facility
fire and gas upgrade 80,000 man hours, several well tie-in’s and well line upgrades 3,500 man hours
each and numerous additional projects.
 Responsible for coordinating and providing oversight of the activities for the E&I Foremen and
their personnel. Anticipating and arranging for support from other groups within UOSS throughout
the Kuparuk field
 Organize and manage a weekly schedule update meeting with the Foremen. Review weekly
forecast, budgets, hours’ burned, hours’ earned, equipment costs, forecast over runs and make
adjustments in the field as required. Provide specific, clear guidance regarding the following
week’s assigned schedule tasks, durations, man-hour budgets, and expectations.
 Mid-term planning for upcoming work (2 to 12 weeks out), compiling progress and timekeeping
data from Foremen and verifying its accuracy, assisting the E&I Superintendent with budgetary
forecasting, ensuring adherence to the construction schedule, and oversight of safety, production,
quality and compliance with published standards.
 Maintain the flow of official information for the E&I group under my supervision. Use the program
schedule to start analyzing project MTO’s approximately 4-8 weeks prior to their start date and
identify shorts or discrepancies. Maintain all Field Installation Work Packages with current RFI
and PCR information and logs
 Ensure that all work is performed to CPAI specification and NEC standard, is installed in
accordance with project documents and in a quality manner.

Electrical and Instrumentation Foreman 2006 to 2010
Client: Conoco Phillips Alaska
As foreman my duties included the safety of the crew working under me, installations per NEC and
Conoco Phillips specifications
 Ordering consumable material and fire alarm related equipment for the fire and gas project using
SAP and directing a crew of 10 to accomplish projects successfully.
 Duties also included consulting with the general foreman, Conoco Phillips electricians and
electrical engineers about drawing and material deficiencies, consulting technical questions of the
installation and operation of the fire and gas devices, and panels.
 Formulate a plan for the following week to accomplish the assigned schedule tasks by:
o Using schedule information (task duration and budgeted man-hours) to determine if
appropriate man-power has been assigned to the crew. This should just be a “gut check”
to verify that the GF has assigned crews appropriately.
o Verifying that all materials and tools are available and staged. A task should not be
started unless everything required is available.
 Verifying that the General Foreman has arranged for support from other groups in Kuparuk if
required.
 Determining which personnel will be assigned to each task based on the foreman’s knowledge of
his crew’s strengths and weaknesses.

 Duties as an electrician include being familiar with all phases of maintenance and electrical work
and equipment operation for both high and low voltage systems, classified and unclassified.
 I installed two new 1200 amp MCC including transformers, VFD’s, and similar equipment.
 Installation of instruments for natural gas wells including pressure transmitters, pressure
switches, and solenoid valves, from plc to field terminations.
 I have also assisted in the installation of a new fire and gas system field wide including conduit
bending pulling wire and termination.
 I have also assisted in replacing relay cabinets with new plc throughout Marathon’s field of
operations.
