3. 1) What do you like about my magazine?
Because this is an open question, the answered that I received varied. Some
people said that they liked the ‘colours that were used’, some said they liked
the ‘style of the magazine’ while others commented that they enjoyed the
‘celebrities that were mentioned’
4. 2) What do you think could be improved?
Again, this received multiple of varied answers. Some people were very positive and said
that they thought that ‘nothing’ could be improved, while other offered feedback and
stated that they thought that ‘the background colour blended too much with the rest of
it’

All of the people I asked could tell what my genre was, which is good as it shows that
my magazine is made well and represents the pop genre
7. 5)Is the pop genre well presented?
Everyone I asked said that the pop genre was well presented, which is positive
because it shows that I reached my aim of making my magazine look pop like.
8. 6) Do you like the pictures I have used?
Everyone I asked said that they liked the pictures that had been used, however some
stated that they think I had too many pictures and some of them seemed unnecessary.
9. 7)Do you like the celebrities that are mentioned?
Because I asked pop lovers, they all said that they liked the
celebrities that were mentioned in the magazine
10. 8)If this magazine was to retail, would you buy it?
Again, because I asked members of my target audience, they all stated that
they would buy the magazine, if it was to retail
11. 9)Do you think the price is acceptable?
Nine people I asked thought that the price was acceptable, with one saying it wasn’t.
This shows my target audience research was correct as although the majority selected the
Price I chose, £2.99, there were some who thought even this was too expensive.
12. 10)Do you like the colours used?
Everyone I asked said that they liked the colours I had used with some saying that
They thought they ‘worked very well with the pop genre’ and others saying that they
‘thought it helped represent the style of the magazine’
13. 11)What do you like about my contents page?
Again there were quite varied answers to this, some of them stated that they liked the
‘layout because it works well and makes it easy to find what your looking for’ while
others stated that they liked the ‘pictures because they helped show the stories in the
magazine’
14. 12)What do you think , on my contents page, could be improved?
Answers again varied for this question, mainly people said that they thought there
could be ‘more colour used’ while others said that they thought it looked fine and that
there was ‘nothing that could be improved’
15. 13)What do you like about my double page spread?
There were many different opinions on this question, with some saying that they ‘liked
the pictures that were used’ others saying they liked the ‘colours used’ and ‘the fact
that there was a setlist’
16. 14) What do you think, on my double page spread, could be improved?
Again, answers for this varied, with some saying they thought ‘nothing’ could be
improved, while others stated that they thought there were ‘too many pictures’.
