2. INTRODUCTION
 In order to find out what my potential audience think
about my magazine, I have devised a questionnaire
to be answered by a selected few.
 The questionnaire is combined with open and
closed questions in order for me to get a thorough
insight on the audiences’ opinions.

I used these questions to find out if the articles in STATUS were relevant to what would
appeal to the target audience and to see if the target audience could figure out what
genre the magazine was from the contents.
The results from these questions showed me that the choice of articles and people
featured in articles had paid off because my audience were able to identify the genre of
STATUS and would be interested in the articles in the magazine.
