While some felt the font was somewhat suitable for rock, others noted it wasn't bold enough. Most said they would buy the magazine and thought the layout was appropriate.

I created a survey on surveymonkey to collect feedback on my front cover, I will take it into account
and possibly change my magazine double page spread depending on the answers.
My first question was:
What do you think the genre of this magazine is from first look?
All seven of the people who answered said rock; this is good as it shows my house style is
suited to rock.
My second question was:
Do you think the colour scheme is relevant for a rock magazine?
Once again, all seven said yes showing me that the colours are appropriate and not
something that needs addressing.
My third question was:
Do you think the font style is relevant for a rock magazine?
3 said yes, 4 said somewhat which indicates to me that it is something I would link into.
My fourth question was:
What would you change regarding the font?
Two said that my font isn’t bold and ‘blocky’ enough, this is some good feedback and I will
defiantly be making changed because of it, it is important for me to use that type of font as
it will help fit into my genre rock. Two said that they would like to see a wider range which is
something I will also implement.
My fifth question was:
Would you buy this magazine if it was available to you, if not why?
All six said yes, this is great and shows me that despite the improvements I will be making it
still is something that is appealing to my target audience.
My last question was:
Do you think the layout is appropriate? If not, why?
All that answered said yes so once again it shows me that it is not something that I need to
alter.
