This document provides instructions for several coursework tasks related to creating a school magazine, including: 1) Creating a Voice Thread evaluation of a preliminary task by answering questions about comparing drafts to existing magazines and attracting a target audience. 2) Completing research and planning work worth 20 marks by the deadline of December 11th that is well organized, links to construction of the magazine, and uses creative presentation methods. 3) Several specific tasks are outlined, including institutions research due as summer transition work, explaining and applying the Uses and Gratifications media theory to a magazine contents page, and embedding completed work onto a blog.

• How does your final school magazine compare to the drafts
you have made?
• Who was your target audience for the school magazine?
• How did you try to attract your target audience?
• What have you learnt from the preliminary task?
This should be posted on your blog by 19th October
