Assisted Human Resources department with all administrative duties. Including organizing trainings, entering data
into HRIS, E-Verify new employees. Conducted internal I-9 audits. Assisted with new employees with onboarding
paperwork, and questions (including proper uniforms, and locations of job). Organized employee files, and ensure
that all new hires were submitted to payroll, and verify they receive their first check, or debit cash card. Arranged
conference room with all necessary supplies for meetings or trainings. Routed phone calls as needed to proper
departments.
Team Manager- LifeLine Screening
September 2003-Present
Implemented new companywide techniques to complete tasks more efficiently. Team managed was ranked top 5 out
of 60, consistently. Interview new applicants, completed new hire packages, and trainings. Supervised day to day
operations, including upselling services to patients, inventory management, monthly and yearly preventative
maintenance of equipment, employee/client conflict resolution, ensured all patients received excellent customer
service. Arranged and ordered supplies as needed- stayed within allotted budget. Regularly reviewed and updated
company protocols and training manuals to ensure they met company standards and state and federal regulations.
Supported other teams with staff as needed. Conducted daily bank deposits, and entered payroll into HRIS system.
Oversaw 60+ employees, including traveling technicians through different areas of the U.S. and Australia.
