 Company needs increased sales. I designed and implemented a strategic plan for the sale of services to new and
current clients, put a team together to make 100 cold calls daily with a reward program, resulted in 6 months
7 new customers and our sales increased 60 %.
 Our office was facing a high turnover with one of our customers. I directed an investigation using different
interviewing and survey tools to find out the reason of the high turnover. Addressed the situation with the
customer and also a plan to retain the employees. PTO (Paid Time Off) in resulted the turnover decreased 30%
in one month.
 One of our largest customer had an increased in employees injuries and accidents an estimate of 4 accidents in
one month. I implemented a new orientation and safety training for all new and current employees, I also
conducted safety inspection in their facility. After the safety orientation and training accidents have decreased
and employees were more aware of the safety regulations and procedures.
