 Responsible for coordinating and performing all aspects of payroll cycle processing ADP Software to include proper hourly
payrolls with high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
 Continue to improve job performance through cross-training with other Employees in the payroll department, to increase
understanding of whole department functions and to learn to execute new tasks and/or responsibilities.
 Provide basic payroll information as required to support management informational needs relative to individual Employees,
departments, divisions and groups. This would include assisting with the preparation of information required for internal and
external audits, including information required for Workmen's Compensation coverage renewals.
 Assist with the reconciliation of the amounts collected and deposited for the employee and employer portion of payroll taxes,
(e.g.: Federal, FICA, State,City) to each payroll run, using standard payroll reports.
 Reconcile the amounts collected and deposited for voluntary deductions ( united way, Garnishments)
 Assist with input of confidential employee information required to maintain an accurate Payroll/Personnel data (address
changes, tax changes or direct deposit).
 Assist with payroll records for proper storage.
 Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and end of year payroll reports as required.
 ADP and Oracle systems contain highly sensitive and confidential information which requires this position to maintain the
ability to handle all information with professionalism and confidentiality.
