 Works hand-in-hand with Recruiting and Human Resources to ensure a seamless
onboarding experience for new Banner Health employees.
 Meets with new hires to complete onboarding process which includes: Collecting I-9
documentation and specific job required credentials and verifying authenticity,
reviewing and processing new hire paperwork and electronic forms, scheduling
additional required education and orientation, facilitating new employee orientations,
completing E-Verify, ensuring clearance of background checks and Banner
occupational health.
 Reviews and approves backgrounds for new hires.
 Maintains records and/or files for assigned area. Ensures appropriate data is timely and
