Pam has an excellent marketing skill set, starting with a core competence in the analysis and evaluation of creative
designs. Balancing this creative skill is an attention to detail and ability to organize and present market and consumer
data. Pam also has very good presentation skills, combining intelligence with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor.
Pam’s work to set up and organize our A.C. Nielsen and Technomic databases was extremely valuable to our
organization. She showed a high level of attention to detail and was persistent in pursuing information from our sales
team and our data vendors.
Pam also helped guide new products through the commercialization process, working with our R&D, Sales and
Purchasing teams, as well as with our Agency in the design of new packaging. She displayed good skills in evaluating
package design, with a primary focus on the creative elements of design and attention to the package’s details.
Pam will be a solid addition to another marketing team.

I have enjoyed working with Pam immensely. She is bright, articulate and decisive. With her marketing skills, she has
added a resource and dimension previously lacking. Her inputs on retail projects have guided them to successful
completion. As a team player, she went the extra steps to complete many last minute assignments. I will personally
miss her very much.

I am pleased to write this recommendation letter for Pamela Bath. Pam worked in our marketing department at
Perry’s Ice Cream for over two years. She demonstrated a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytic problem solving
and attention to detail. Her primary responsibilities included new product development, IRI analysis and reporting,
package design, consumer promotions, forecasting and budgeting.
Some of Pam’s key successes included:
Leading Perry’s package conversion project, which included both the design and implementation teams. The
project was completed on schedule and achieved 100% accuracy on the graphics for over 56 products.
Analyzing IRI Category and Brand data and reported findings and recommendations on a monthly basis to
Perry’s management. These reports and ad hoc analysis helped Perry’s make fact-based decisions that helped
drive business.
Creating an automated budget sheet, which saved thousands of dollars through oversight and questioning of the
marketing budget.
Based on these and other accomplishments Pam was promoted from Assistant Product Manager to Associate Product
Manager in December 2007. I recommend Pam to you without reservation. If you have any further questions with
regard to her background or qualifications, please do not hesitate to call me.
