ACCOMPLISHMENTS
 
▪ Successfully brought the stores shrink from a .4 to a .02 in my tenure as manager. 
▪ Have trained and promoted up three store managers, two assistant managers and three keyholders in the span of three 
years. 
▪ Received an award for outstanding customer service at the yearly Gamestop store managers conference. 
▪ In tenure as store manager, have brought profit up a total of 18% in two years. 
▪ Created the district agenda for Q4 and holiday sales.

▪ Certification of pre­owned sales, solution selling and customer service.
