Following the internal closure of the previous Roadshow Co-ordinator role, invited to join the Corporate Development
Group as Senior PA. This role involves providing comprehensive admin support to other staff including resolving IT
issues, diary management for senior staff, organising internal/external meetings and improving and maintaining file
management systems. Additional tasks include:
Preparing a weekly M&A Report and WIP Report for CEO’s of the bank.
Project Finance including budgeting, creating and allocating costs to the relevant Project cost centres.
1-to-1 support to the Global Head of Group Corporate Development including dealing with different time zones.
Closely liaising with other PA’s to the bank’s CEOs.

Independently managing 65 NDRs and 55 Analyst Marketing Roadshows for the Cash Equities Team across the UK,
Asia, India and the USA, this role involved full event, delegate and speaker management. Managed all aspects of the
Roadshow including organising and co-ordinating meetings with external Investors and CEO’s and all aspects of
corporate hospitality (Logistics, schedules, travel, meals, entertainment). Highlights include:
Completed online financial sector research to extract information relevant for the Roadshow Investor Pack
including Executive Profiles and Financial Information sourced from own research and that provided by Analysts
and Bankers.

Assisted with the preparation of presentations including market research.
Collected post-event feedback and inputted via the SONAR system for consideration in performance management
reviews.
Managed an annual budget, monitored and recorded Roadshow-related costs, including monthly reconciliation with
Global heads and arranged cross-border movements where necessary.
Introduced a new Excel supplier system to more effectively track costs and service levels. Subsequently
identified savings of £56k on Roadshows.
Co-ordinated a large-scale Roadshow (India Leaders Corporate Project) which included six CEO’s / Presidents from
the largest companies in India. Organised VIP seats at an India/England cricket match at Lords and managed all
logistics and hospitality at the highest possible level. Also managed full itineraries for each attendee and worked to
a tight deadline to co-ordinate meetings for Cash Equities who had investors interested in meetings in just three
days across two sites.
Organised gifts and entertainment via internal approval systems.
When organising Analyst Marketing Roadshows, fill a full Monday-Friday schedule with meetings every 45
minutes. Also work closely with other PA’s to arrange meetings and travel.
