 In this role I supportedtheManagingDirectorandFoundingDirectorfollowingthroughonday
to day activities, emails, extensive diary management, performing tasks without supervision,

manner. Myrolealsoencompassed thedutiesoftheOperationsandCustomerServicesAssistant,
following the integration with our head office with Australian Pacific Holdings in Cheltenham.
 Attendingfortnightly Executive meetings, takingminutes, distributionandfollow upon action
items
 Prepare new itineraries and brochures for the Founding Director
 Booking and coordinating business travel both national and international
 Help with the pre-tour requirements of IPads, headsets for the passengers for the tour; also
post tour cleaning of headsets and distribution of any information on return to the Product
team
 Responsible for all building maintenance requirements (in our Ringwood office)
 Actioning incoming mail and distribution for action as required
 Handling customercomplaints/queriesin regarding to tour satisfaction. Discussing any issues
on the phone and problem solving. Collating all on tour photos on return, co-ordinating this
with our imaging/arts department to ensure they are uploaded onto the system and then
liaising with our external supplier to ensure photo books are delivered to all passengers in a
timely manner
 Compilingafter toursatisfactionsurveys –manually andviaSurvey Monkey, generatingsurvey
summaries of tours to all staff
 Organising company functions for staff
 Reconciliation of expenses for the MD and Founding Director
 Entering invoices into the system for payment by accounts payable
