1. Director of Administration

Reports to: VP, Director of Finance
Position Summary: Works closely with agency CEO and VP, Director of Finance. The Director
of Administration manages the overall daily office operations of Riley Hayes Advertising.
Essential Functions – Director of Administration
Partners with HR and appropriate Directors on new employee orientation,
onboarding, performance management, professional development, mentoring and
coaching of team members.
Manage the physical space and landlord/tenant relationship.
Direct facilities staff, including custodial and maintenance workers.
Assist as requested in lease negotiations, tenant build-out projects, contractor
negotiations, space planning and facility maintenance.
Manage relationships with vendors who provide general office services and support
to insure quality and consistency.
Oversee the purchasing of supplies, and the purchasing, leasing, repairing and
maintenance of furniture, equipment and fixtures.
Administer office safety, business continuity and emergency programs.
Greet and welcome agency visitors and determine their needs.
Manage and maintain executive schedules.
Plays a key role on the leadership team.
Other responsibilities, as agreed with CEO and VP, Director of Finance.
