Revenue Verifications Manager May 2015-Current
Maintained responsibilities of Verification Supervisor and added new responsibilities. Managed team of 8
Verification specialists adding headcount to manage a growing workload. Maintained weekly audit totals for ~
9,000 contractors timesheets and expense reports. Gave a presentation on a bi-weekly basis for the
company’s new recruiters at their training seminar.
Achievements:
• Implemented new processes and automated reporting for retro payment of commissions to sales
force. This reduced the weekly reconciliation effort from a 16 hour to 6 hour process.

Revenue Verifications Supervisor May 2014-April 2015
Supervised team of 5 Verification Specialists responsible for auditing ~6,000 contractor’s timesheets and expense
reports on a weekly basis. Responsible for approving specialists internal weekly timesheet & expenses,
distributed appropriate workloads to specialists to ensure all audits were completed prior to appropriate weekly
deadlines. Responsibilities included resolving complex customer issues, including set up and compliance
questions, weekly analysis/trends of team effectiveness, host biweekly meetings with each Specialist to ensure
monthly goals were met. Process retro commission pay outs to sales force for unique customer processes.

• Developed new training program, training materials and Verification Specialist reference guide
