Responsible for creating employee’s data
Generate and make documentation all Employees personal records in the
company.
Responsible for maintain and update employee data base and Monthly HR
Reports.
Ensure the accuracy of the employee record like personal files, data sheets and
responses to the enquiries, for the purpose of updating database.
Recording new employee details, reporting manager, attendance Policy, Leave
Policy etc.
HR Activities-
Maintaining appropriate contact with the employees to address personal and
performance related issues.
Updating HR policies for the Employees, meeting with employees etc.
Payroll Processing
Employee Grievances
Supporting Manager in decision making, related to employee’s issues and benefits.
