A reliable individual, I am able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and self motivation whilst enjoying
a challenge. I can communicate with people from all levels and backgrounds in a confident and friendly
manner by telephone face to face and email. I strive to achieve a high standard in all tasks undertaken and am
a proficient problem solver. Having managerial skills I feel I have adapted excellent leadership skills and
consider myself to be honest and trustworthy being flexible and adaptable with excellent leadership skills,
time keeping time, management attendance, timekeeping and calm personality, I work well in team situations
as well as on my own initiative, I have excellent empathy skills and a very good listener which assists me
when customers approach me different problems.

• Able to Work Under Pressure - Able to remain calm and focused whilst working within pressurised
environments. Capable of reacting positively when faced with difficult situations and scenarios. My
previous employment required this of me as I dealt with people from all backgrounds with different
problems
• Admin Duties - Highly competent in all formats of administrative duties including accurate completion
of all paperwork, correspondence, accurate typing skills, filing, computer skills, email and data input and
finance.
• Communication - Having the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with people on all
levels and from all backgrounds in an assured manner, I am able to listen and follow any given
instruction accurately to an agreed standard.
• Customer Service - Confident when delivering the very highest levels of customer care and service, as
well as possessing an excellent understanding of customer requirements with the ability to consistently
exceed their expectations. Assured when dealing with enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
