Responsible for making customers meals, resolving customer issues, keeping the store clean and organized.
Seasonal Cashier - Best Buy - October 2013-April 2014
Responsible for sales, offering promotional deals, signing customers up for credit cards and warrantycoverage. Also
assisted with online pickups at this time as I was able to learn the system quickly and help with multiple areas of the
store.
Multi-Channel Sales Associate – Best Buy – April 2014-December 2014
Responsible for orders that were picked up and purchased from at Kennesaw location. This process includes fraud
protection, working with corporate team for advanced order solutions, submitting business leads for larger orders
and resolving front end customer issues.
Customer Service Lead – Best Buy – December 2014- Current
Lead customer service agent primarily responsible for all customer issues including returns, exchanges, incorrect
pricing, price matching other competitors, credit card assistance and preventing fraud. I am able to register train
new employees, multi-task with a positive attitude and solve issues in a professional manner while upholding policy
and integrity for our company. Also utilized as a “floater” associate, helping with all front end issues as needed,
including cashier, multi-channel sales, assisting with geek squad appointments and helping guide new employees.
EDUCATION
· Graduated from North Cobb High School in 2009.
· Attended Georgia Southern University (2009-2011). Majored in Public Relations.
· (CURRENT) Transferred to Chattahoochee Technical College in 2013, currently taking Organizational Behavior and
Human Resource Management classes. Majoring in Business Management.
