SUMMARY
Tracy Mead has 17 years’ experience in the Recruitment Industry. She is currently employed by CallForce Direct, where she holds the position
of Payroll 2IC. She was transferred into the position when the Payroll Manager went on maternity leave. The function includes full payroll
management of 14 accounts but ultimately Tracy is responsible for paying on average 800 – 1500 employees per month.
Previous to this, Tracy was a Projects Manager at the same company as above. This role includes managing multiple projects from end-to-end, taking
the lead in both planning and implementation. She is furthermore responsible for ad-hoc duties such as: tender administration, project co-ordination,
coaching and mentoring, training and payroll assistance. Tracy is a high achiever who has received several awards during her career. She was also the
first person in South Africa to complete an RPL in Labour Recruitment Services in 2008.
Tracy began her career in recruitment at PAG (Kelly Group). During her 14 year tenure at PAG she steadily progressed from being a Consultant, to
Branch Administration Manager, to Temp Sector Manager at the Sandton Branch. She was a member for five years of PAG's Millionaire's
Club (achieved R1 million billing per annum for the company) and was furthermore awarded several Merit Awards for Achievement. In 2002 she
qualified for an unforgettable incentive trip to Egypt.
Tracy was later transferred to the in-house Liberty Life branch, based at the Liberty Life Head Office, where she handled all matters pertaining to the
Temp desk and PAG’s temporary employees based at Liberty Life.
When Afrizan Personnel won the Liberty account from PAG, Tracy was offered the position of Temporary Staff Employee Manager at the request of
the client. In this position she was responsible for managing a temporary headcount and payroll of 150+ employees. She set up the payroll from
scratch for the Liberty account, rolling out the K-log time and attendance management system, which linked into VIP Payroll.
Tracy was offered a contract position at CallForce managing the Recruitment Division and a very large project, whilst the Recruitment Manager was
on maternity leave. When the Recruitment Manager returned Tracy was then offered a permanent at CallForce as a Projects Manager.
During her career in the recruitment industry, Tracy has gained invaluable and unique experience project management, managing payroll, designing
manuals, in-house training, and conducting research. Furthermore, she is literate in VIP Payroll, SAP, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Paxsal, Adapt,
RMS, K-Log and Cura
Tracy is also a member of various committees, including month-end and year-end functions, the First Aid Committee and various other project-
