wholesaler and distributor of Mercedes-Benz passenger cars responsible for Distribution, Marketing and
After Sales support for the Mercedes-Benz passenger cars in Egypt since 1999.
HR Recruitment & Marketing:
 Develop Headcount plan and update it on a quarterly basis
 Develop recruitment strategies including building partnerships with various recruitment service
providers
 Develop & conduct core competency & behavioral interviews
 Establish selection & assessment centers & methodology
 Follow up with shortlisted candidates for further interviews
 Conduct reference or background checks for accepted candidates
 Contact accepted candidates for job offers & further hiring procedures
 Develop Employer Branding campaign using social media, partnership with key universities to
attract top-talents including AUC,GUC and Ain Shams University
