• Manage Managed Desktop Services (MDS), Demand and Resource Specialists
(DSR), Queue Managers, Field Resource Managers who are responsible for the
delivery of “Resource “and small scale “scoped Deliverables” on GRM Tool,
VR Forms (Contractor Resources) and Remedy.
• Monitor and manage MDS Demand and Resource Team performance.
• Review weekly segment reports and KPI’s to ensure individuals, team and
MDS Demand and Resource Team achieved targets and objectives.
• Own relationship with MDS Project Management, MDS Field Services
Operations and third party suppliers.
• Looking into all the Approvals (E-tes, Trainings, Admn. requests, Transport)
and Appraisals of the team members.
• As a Team Lead to see that the team members nominate trainings for
completing the 60 hours of Project Need based training each year. Attend
classroom and skill port trainings in the office which could improve their
knowledge in their current role and also help them to move into a new role
depending on the requirement.
• Maintaining Daily service Report (DSR) log sheet.
• Also taking the responsibility of Resource Manager for the account Toyota
Financial Services by owning more than 300 resources on-boarding and off-
boarding process.
• Following all the Compliance Procedures for LAN ID Activation / Deactivation
requests, Non Disclose Agreements and Ensuring SOX Compliance
• Ensuring all the employees assigned to the Toyota project ID’s are mapped to
the right Work Breakdown Structure Codes
• Maintaining and Updating the Lotus Notes distribution lists
• Contribute in security compliance process by checking the security cameras
once every month if anyone who is unauthorized has entered the ODC area.
• Ensuring the resources for all the team members assigned to the Toyota project
have got their VPN tokens activated.
• Raising hiring request for new positions in the Novient tool on GRM.
• Maintaining the master resource tracker document to provide the current active
resources in the Toyota project and who have moved from the project or left the
company.
• Preparing and maintaining SLA reports related to resourcing, attrition every
month.
• Have taken part in the SAS 70 Audit for the Toyota Financial Services project
consecutively for 4 years.
• Have moved recently into a new role as Incident Manager for the Global
Incident Management team – CSCi and Arcadis accounts by taking active role
