Won Expense Control award in 1997 which included payroll, maintenance and personal expenses by close
monitoring of all reporting and holding managers accountable to meet plans.
Awarded Shrink Reduction award in 1997 for reducing shrink from 1.51% to under 1%. This was the first
time ever for this district to be under 1%.
Worked and traveled with corporate Real Estate helping them understand challenging locations and where,
if appropriate, to relocate stores for increased profitability and safety for customers and associates.
