RiverRoad provides third party waste and recycling services to large retailers across the U.S. I was hired by my
former boss to develop new business relationships in the retail sector. Unfortunately, in April of 2016, the
company lost its single biggest account representing 25% of total revenue. As a result, a significant reduction in
workforce eliminated my position.
Selected Accomplishments:
• Managed day-to-day activities of two inside sales people
• Developed proficiency in using SalesForce.com CRM software.
• Developed dozens of new relationships of which $3-4 MM were expected to close after my departure.

PSC, LLC, Houston TX
PSC provided disposal services to industrial and retail generators of hazardous waste. I had direct responsibility for
managing all retail client relationships. Provided guidance and support to 3 sales people (Direct Reports), 4 Program
managers and 30 people in the National Business Center (Customer Service). Worked closely with Vice President of
Transportation, Vice President of Technology, Director of Program Management, and Director of Customer Service in
meeting client needs. Was responsible for pricing strategies and final RFP preparation.
Selected accomplishments:
• Served as Director of Customer Service for PSC’s industrial division for one year (Oct 2011- Oct, 2012) in order
to comply with non-compete agreement
• As Director of Customer Service, implemented automated document scanning system that greatly reduced costs
and improved customer access to key shipping documents
• Served on the Retail Industry Leader Association (RILA) Compliance Committee beginning in 2012
• Lead the retail services division as revenue grew from $50 MM in 2012 to $61 MM in 2013. Projected revenue in

Direct responsibility for StrongPak business unit P&L. Managed all day-to-day operations and sales functions. Provided
guidance and support to 6 managers and supervisors and 3 sales people. Oversaw department of over 50 employees. Was
responsible for all pricing strategies and final RFP pricing decisions. Active involvement in key trade associations. Forged
relationships with EPA, DTSC, and various CUPA’s.

• Developed plan to internalize StrongPak transportation functions prior to Stericycle acquisition
• Assisted Strong Environmental ownership develop StrongPak financial proforma prior to acquisition

overseeing all financial, operational, and sales functions. TFC revenue grew from just under $8 MM in 1997 to over $20
MM in 2001. Revenue declined after 2001 due to industry wide recession primarily caused by the events of 9/11.
