During tenure, oversaw 9-13 stores ranging from $2million-$9 million in sales, with
district's overall volume ranging from $47 million - $60 million, which included over
300 associates.
Cultivated and grew a strong team through district succession planning for each
associate level to help develop each associate. This was to ensure we were creating
an exceptional sales and service culture district wide.
Led the district to be top two in company's metrics for two years in a row, including
but not limited to customer loyalty, customer service and experience, in store
ordering, and extended coverage plans.
By creating a sales culture around key add-on products (SofSole), increased district
revenue by a quarter of a million dollars in one year, which then became a regional
go-forward program.
Identified key market items for product categories and communicated directly with
allocators and buyers to ensure that products not previously allocated were shipped
to stores. This not only built customer following by having needed items, but
increased store profits.
Identified key items specific within the market and worked hand in hand with buyers
and allocators to get correct quantities to stores during peak of the season.
Worked with the corporate, regional and community marketing groups to establish an
elite sponsorship that included brand recognition through additional in-store sales
and an offsite sales event for the Peachtree Road Race Expo, the world's largest 10k
running event.
Successfully oversaw execution of store opening and full scale store remodel with

Sports Authority – Sunrise, FL
Increased store revenue from $18 million to $23 million, which became the number
one volume store in the company, in less than 18 months.
Executed one of biggest remodel's in company at this location.
Ensured availability of merchandise throughout the store by well kept line of
communication with corporate buyers.
Worked with District Manager and interacted with buyers on bi-weekly basis to
have correct product assortment and sku quantities in store to help grow core
categories, i.e. footwear and apparel.
Managed staff of over 100 sales associates, 8 team leaders and 2 assistant managers.

At time of Buckhead location remodel, 2005, was store manager at this location and
was able to give feedback on what to implement directly to CEO of company and how
