• Received enquiries for Quoting from customers on RFQ email
• Compile a quote or email Emerson regarding updated pricing
• Source different Prices from Different Suppliers (Local Supplier)
• Compile quote and send to customer
• Communicate with External Rep regarding Quires or customer visits.
• Receiving orders from order receipt email or sales rep
• Checking Orders before loading sales Order on to Baan System- check
(address, pricing, QTY, Correct Account and goods being Ordered)
• Generate Purchase Order to main supplier Emerson Process Management in
Dubai and other local suppliers if Goods are not on stock and send to supplier,
Expedite Order until received
• Ensure order is dispatched to customer
• Compiling daily reports- Order Intake for Management ( reflect how many
orders were received for the Month and which region is leading in terms of
number of orders)
• Invoicing Report- Compile Invoicing report for Management to reflect how
much company has invoiced monthly basis.
• GP Report- compile and investigate on all Orders with Low GP value and have
error corrected
• Credit Report- Do all credit to customer were orders have been processed
incorrectly e.g. Incorrect goods ordered, incorrect amount invoiced or incorrect
Quantity delivered.
• POR Report – compile POR report to reflect the dollar value spend to Emerson
in Dubai and other overseas suppliers.
