look after North Chhattisgarh. Since the offer was of mutual interest, I have taken it as
challenge and planned my own targets from the day one I joined. At the very outset I
called introductory meeting with all my team members and conveyed about my set targets

My excellent past performance and vast experience in the field of Sales & Marketing apart
from outstanding track record has given me another opportunity to join M/s. I-Smart
Technology Pvt Ltd on 25th March 2015 as State Sales Head in Chhattisgarh State wherein
I have been continuing with the same spirit and enthusiasm. Since it is newly launched

exist and doing business that too their products are proven.
Since it is a newly launched Company, my prime job is to create Distributors in the

to a large extent.
Since the area of execution is very wide i.e. a total of 16 distributors scattered all
over the state, controlled all the 16 places of execution from a single place
Bilaspur.
Apart from controlling the assignments from Bilaspur, also give frequent visits
covering all the 16 places on need basis.
Call regular meetings with the team members and give them understand the
strategy for improvement of sales.
Convening regular meetings of sales executives and get feedback on all aspects

Due to regular follow-up with Distributors as well as subordinates/under staff, the

Though it is a new entrant in the field but it has shown its presence amongst lot

I joined this firm and given the responsibility of promoting the product by
challenging and standing above the well-established competitors in the market.
As BDM I had to shoulder various responsibilities and exercise control over
subordinates like Sales Managers, Territory sales managers, team leaders and
sales executives and also group coordinators.
The Product is imported one from Korea and we are the sole distributors of
Watch cam CCTV Cameras of entire United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Since our field of business operation is very vast I have been visiting Sharjah,
Ajman, Um Al Queen, Ras Al Khaima, Fujerah, Al Ain, Abu Dhabhi frequently.
Being sole distributor I am in regular touch with all the distributors/resellers and
obtain reports relating to stock in hand, sales realization, stock transfer,
inventory etc.
Arrange in house meetings with all the subordinates on weekly basis and action
taken report is obtained on monthly basis and wherever there are failures
immediate action is taken to set the things in right and proper way.
Due to cordial relation with subordinates and even with all distributors, I have
been able to promote the product at significant level at a short span of time.
Owing to my sincere efforts and also by our good team work our firm is
expecting an annual growth of 45% which amounts to around AED 4,350,000

Samsung Mobiles and accessories.
• Right from the day of appointment commitment was taken to give overall sales
