SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Currently, the Head of Concierge & Security operations at SOHO Martini & Wine Bar. The premier mixology
bar and jazz venue located in the beautiful San Antonio, downtown metropolitan. Formerly, the General
Manager of a new river-walk pizza restaurant which was established in 2010. Working in a convention
driven city, I possess vast knowledge and work experience in high volume sales operations. Dedicated and
passionate leader, who has re-engineered business operations through tough and skillful decision-making.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Promoted by Weston Entertainment franchisee to General Manager of Pizzaritas from Johnny Rockets in
2011. Continued development of new menu items, upgrades to the kitchen and staff training. Led a major
marketing campaign that implemented several hospitality industry cross promotions that increased sales
from $345,000 (2011) to $660,000 (2012). In addition, reduced labor cost by 8% in the same year.
Personal goal was to achieve 1 million in sales by year 2016.
Provided outstanding logistical planning and staging of prep and inventory for "Black Friday" operations at
Johnny Rockets located in Prime Outlet Mall, San Marcos, Texas. We achieved a sales record of 1.6 million
in 2011. Space limitations required special attention to details. Leadership was vital part of our success.
Returned the food service industry with Denny's Restaurants. Completed the management training
program with great success. Made an immediate contribution as a Supervisor of daily operations, where
the location recorded sales increases in the 3rd

quarters.
Responsible for the production of custom window treatments and national distribution of stock blinds. As
Operations Manager at The Mini-Blind Company; oversaw 4 retail outlets , several Texas home-builder
accounts and nearly 15,000 national apartment accounts. Reduced plant operating cost by 27%.
