Senior Product Sales & Services Manager here at Vail Resort, a large all season
mountain resort operation in central Colorado. In that role Nicole managed a very
successful multi-million dollar operation with approximately 90 employees under her
supervision. Her primary responsibilities included budgeting, personnel management,
guest services, systems training, SOX compliance and much more.
During Nicole’s tenure Vail Resort set records for sales, revenue and guest satisfaction.
The professionalism of Nicole and her ability to manage a complex, multi line of
