Worked in the pre-fit department for the Global Express Aircraft
Worked and maneuvered around the wing and fuselage in order to join the wings
and to take allowable gaps.
Carefully laid out the skin of the aircraft to drill holes in the rear, front, top and
bottom of the aircraft.
Installed the rear spar plate as well as the front and rear brackets and upper and
lower bolts.
Measured and cut the shim according to size for the both wings, experience with
bonding.

Made sure that every part is debarred with Alodine and pasted with the wing
correctly by inspecting the aircraft.
Dispatched parts, fuselage and wings to Bombardier Aerospace for final assembly.
Assisted with cat shoot for both wings of the aircraft.
February 2001 – June 2006
Aircraft Manufacturing Technician – Hughes Aero Structures Inc. (Montreal, Quebec.)
Worked on the Challenger 605 Aircraft at the Bombardier Aerospace Workstation.
Installed shroud angles to the leading edges as well as heat sensing, anti-ice duck,
grommet sealing.
Installed completed leading edge assemblies onto the aircraft wings and performed
electrical bonding tests as per industry standards.
Installed booster pumps, ejector pumps, scavage pumps, pressure relieve valves,
flapper valves, check valves, refuel/defuel tubes, fuel balance tubs, dam plates and
screen assembly.
Installed and repaired fillet seal, dome seal and aerodynamic seal onto the outer
surface the fuel tank.
Cleaned fuel tanks for the aircraft and completed final inspections before closing the
access panels to the fuel tank.

Aircraft Equipment Maintenance Mechanic Steelbase Services Limited
Mississauga, Ontario.
Assessed and repaired the aircraft gallery equipment consisting of trolleys, food
warmers, luggage containers as well as other articles.
Removed all bad rivets or screws, repaired the holes and the frame and re-installed
and sealed new rivets and screws.

relevant sealants before installation of the universal flush head rivets, huck bolts, hi
locks.
Measured gaps under the head to make sure the assembly was according to the
industry standard.
Assembled and installed rib to MD-80 and MD-90 aircrafts.
Installed stiffner plates to leading edge wing and well as brackets and butterflies to
the MD-80 and MD-90 wing tank panel stringers.
Installed brackets to the MD-11 fuel tank panel and shaved high rivet heads.
Applied Alodine and primer to minor scratches.
