JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Recruitment & Induction Training:
To identify and fill the temporary employees requirements and also identify the requirements for senior
position and fill them and concern with the corporate office.
To complete all the procedure of Recruitment and document formalities and immediately issuing Offer
Letter and Appointment Letter.
To give complete Organizational Awareness Training to the new Employee.
To complete his Induction Training with all the Department head and Employees.
Give him awareness about his Job Profile concern with his Department Head.
2. Training:-
Generate Tentative Training Calendar.
Identify the Training Need Analysis. (TNA)
Arrange Training Session.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness.
Employee Engagement:-
Understand the differences between Engagement and Alignment.
Identify and Focus the critical areas.
Arrange Engagements Programme like Involvement in Planning, Learning Opportunities, and Picnics etc.
Resource Planning & Budgeting:-
Prepare a Planning of a Required and Existing Manpower.
Quarterly take a review and identify the requirements and surplus.
Prepare and Finalize a Proper Manpower Budget with cost effectively.

Process & Generate monthly Attendance from Biometric System.
Prepare and finalize monthly Attendance Statement for Salary Processing.
Prepare PF schedule and Bank advice statements with Labour welfare Statement for Statutory
Compliances.
Prepare temporary employees salary statement and Wages Register from Fox-Pro software.
Full and Final Settlement:
Prepare Full and Final statement with the proper BAS attendance and clearance certificate.
Settled properly all the pending dues immediately and relieve employee as soon as possible.
Bonus:
Prepare the employee list eligible for Bonus payments.
Prepare the final Bonus statement as per the guidelines.
Statutory Compliances:
Organizational statutory Compliances Practical Experience, Ex.
MPCB –
Knowledge and Experience of License Registration, and Timely Compliances.
