 Support day to day operations in 22 locations across a 3 state area (Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa).
 Collaborate with partner district , regional, and principal leadership and influence the creation of plans to
grow business and enhance customer experience to create maximum profit for the partner.
 Oversee operations of each partner location to ensure that T-Mobile and partner assets are protected at all
times.
 Ensure compliance of all T-Mobile brand standards to ensure the protection of the T-Mobile brand and
uniform customer experience across all T-Mobile locations, both TPR and retail.

Missouri- Kansas-Iowa District
 Manage a team of 6 Sales Development representatives to develop relationships in the competitive
environment of multi-carrier sales.
 Create relationships with store level and department level leaders within big b ox retailers to accomplish
preferred merchandising spaces and proper ordering of T-Mobile products.
 Create sales plans with the SDR team to accomplish T-Mobile sales goals for each location up through the
district level.
 Partner with Event Program Manager to organize event program team to execute productive events in
which the SDR and Event Program representative would set up special displays to promote T -Mobile
products.
 Partner with principal level leadership for exclus ive dealers in Kansas City and Wichita to create sales and
profitability plans as well as influence inventory levels to contribute to maximum sales potential.
Field Sales Training Manager

Missouri-Kansas-Iowa District
 Launch T-Mobile brand in the Radio Shack Corporation and establish sales in this company.
 Manage a team of 6 Field Trainers to coordinate training of Radio Shack teams in T -Mobile products and
services.
 Partner with district level and regional level leadership to overco me hesitations with the introductions of a
new brand.
 Team was dissolved in August 2010 when the requirement for exclusive support expired from the contract
between the two organizations. Team was absorbed into the National Retail support team during
reorganization.

 Opened new retail location and grew sales and staff from 7 at open to 17 within 1 year of opening.
