tiple stores and positions. Increase annual sales by 10% per year, last 3 years and in the final
year met and exceed Sales plan by 4% and Profit plan by 13%. Meet complex local, state, and
federal requirements second hand electronics/software. Co-develop procedures that accelerate
communication among customers, staff, and corporate. Manage relationships with local and na-
tional vendors to promote sales and new initiatives. For 3 years was also Metro Trainer Store
Manager for the region, championing and leading in new company initiatives, presenting and
training other store managers throughout on a region level.

Volunteer Experience
08/09-present Actively work with Ronald McDonald House and Make-A-Wish organizations to
donate time and store efforts with GameStop. Within Ronald McDonald House organizing
events for customers bringing pop tabs. Also cooking dinners with my staff for families staying
at the residences. With Make-A-Wish we as a store granting two wishes for kids.
