Support the organization’s recruitment and staffing activity:
-Facilitating joining of new recruits.
-Developing and reviewing job descriptions.
-Liaising with recruitment agencies
Manage on-boarding and pre deployment process- preparing
offer letters, employment documentation and all internal and
external correspondence.
Input HR information accurately staff ID, Promotion Transfer,
Pay Scale change etc. using SAP HR software.

Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and
analyzing data

immigration related matters in the UAE in coordination with PRO.
Administer employee health insurance provisions for staff across
UAE ensuring cost effective cover and provide staffs medical claims
entitlements policy to staffs
Manage and maintain internal record keeping and document
retention systems (soft and hard copy) for the HR function.
Manage any staff departures including final salary calculation
letters, exit interviews and departure procedures, ensuring
processes align with company policies and culture.
Calculation of compensation, wages, employee benefits, deductions,
Separation pay, Full & Final settlements and Gratuity according to
UAE Labor Laws.
