RESEARCH DISSERTATION: CATEGORISATION THE CRAFT BEER PRODUCT ASSORTMENT (RESULT:88%):
- Designed, planned, and conducted a mixed-method study toinvestigate the consumer shopping and
categorisation processes of purchasing craft beer from off-traderetailers.
- Utilised a variety of data collection techniques, including in-depth interviews, triadic/sorting
exercises, and intercept interviews. Secondary research was utilised forfurther depth.
- Using Exceland SPSS, analysed findings and reached a set of category management recommendations
to improve the craftbeer shopping experience and add supplementary shopper value.
PRESENTATION ON SPORTS NUTRITION PRODUCTS TO MUSGRAVE’S (RESULT:89%):
- Led a research projecton the SNP’s market to determine the feasibility of a private-label range of
“protein-products” forMusgrave’s Retail Partners (http://www.musgravegroup.com).
- Based on market analysis, developed a range of product conceptsand marketing strategy whichwere
presented to the Musgraves Head of Own-Label and Loyalty at their corporate headquarters.
