Greetings, My name is Preston Reed. I am
currently a student at Full Sail University
pursuing my Bachelor of Science degree in
Music Business. Needless to say, I have a
passion for the entertainment industry as well as
8 years of experience in leadership roles. My
vision is to use my knowledge of management,

Short Term: (Immediately After Graduation, 2025)
• After graduation, my goal is to be working in the music industry in an
intern role preferably in marketing, advertising, or Artist relations. The
KPI I plan to use to measure progress towards reaching this goal is
tracking how many applications, emails, follow-ups, and interviews
are on a weekly basis for a 90-day period prior to my graduation date.
Mid Term: (3-5 years)
• After a year I plan to have gained some hands-on experience in the
music industry. I plan to have a list of 7 professional references and well-
nurtured relationships. The KPI I plan to use to measure progress is
creating a spreadsheet detailing new contacts and keeping notes on
each individual over the years.
Long Term: (5-10years)
• I plan on taking on a leadership role in the music industry as a
marketing manager. The KPI I plan to use is tracking my
performance results as an intern, leveraging my experience,
improving my online reputation, and using Google alerts to
measure the progress of my improvements.

GOALS Short Term: (Immediately After Graduation, 2025) • After graduation, my goal is to be working in the music industry in an intern role preferably in marketing, advertising, or Artist relations. The KPI I plan to use to measure progress towards reaching this goal is tracking how many applications, emails, follow-ups, and interviews are on a weekly basis for a 90-day period prior to my graduation date. Mid Term: (3-5 years) • After a year I plan to have gained some hands-on experience in the music industry. I plan to have a list of 7 professional references and well- nurtured relationships. The KPI I plan to use to measure progress is creating a spreadsheet detailing new contacts and keeping notes on each individual over the years. Long Term: (5-10years) • I plan on taking on a leadership role in the music industry as a marketing manager. The KPI I plan to use is tracking my performance results as an intern, leveraging my experience, improving my online reputation, and using Google alerts to measure the progress of my improvements.
