2. What did I learn from this project?
• One thing I learnt from this project is time management, it is
important to be organized and have everything done and completed
on time. I should set schedules for my work to help me space it out
and get it in on time.

3. Research - Strengths
Looking into specific products – this fanzine was a big strength in my research
as I used this fanzine as my main source of research and used this for my
overall theme and look of my fanzine.
I researched into this fanzine company and had a look through all the pages
and took some of their ideas and pages and used them in my own fanzine.

4. Planning – Strengths
• Mood boards – this helped me see all the different colour schemes
and fonts used in different fanzine helping my decide what to use in
my own and give me an idea on the layout and overall look for my
fanzine.
• Style sheets – this helped me come up with a final colour scheme for
my fanzine as it included lots of bright and fun colours.

5. Research – Weakness
• I think I should’ve varied my look into research and based it on food
and drink as even though my fanzine was on cocktails I feel that they
are both in the same category and I could have had more inspiration
and a bigger view on the design and layout of my fanzine.

6. Audience Appeal
• Statistics and sources – this helped me to back up my points and give
evidence.
• Primary Research – helped me get opinions back from a similar target
audience.

7. Planning – Weakness
• Production schedule – I did mainly stick to this schedule, however as
it got closer to the end of the project, I started to slow down with my
work being I was dragging out more work causing me to fall behind.
This is something I need to work on as it is very important as I need to
get work up on time especially for my FMP work.

8. What went well?
• I think the final designs of my project went well as I am very happy
with the outcome of them and I think they look very effective and
creative, I stuck with a overall theme and used different techniques
throughout.

9. Improvements
• An improvement I should make in my FMP is going more in depth in
my planning and research as I feel the more detail I have in these the
easier it will be to create the actual design of it, the research and
planning I get done the better my project will turn out.
